
In order to remain at the forefront of this industry, the board of directors control the day to day activities of the company with the support of skilled and experienced management. Every department is headed by a manager that is responsible and accountable for the welfare of departmental staff, safe use of company equipment and optimisation of available resources.
A purpose built Resource Management Planning System integrates the warehousing, maintenance, rental and installation activities. The system is networked throughout the organisation via a firewall protected intranet structure. The heart of this system is a multi-drive server that is contained in a structurally /thermally protected environment. Continual back-up of data and additional remote storage ensures the system’s integrity
The company is registered with the Department of Labour as a Lifting Machine Inspection Entity ( LME ) and several of its employees are registered with the Engineering Council (ECSA) as LMIs. Other members of staff have been identified and are undergoing training and mentoring to allow them to register with ECSA.
The company is a founder member of the Institute of Work at Height (IWH) and was also the founding member of the Institute’s predecessor organisation- SAEMA ( Specialist Access Engineering Manufacturers Association) . The company is a corporate member of the Lifting Equipment Engineering Association – LEEASA and several of its staff is individual members of that organisation.
We are active, participant members of the SABS’ Technical Committee for the work at height industry.
