A large percentage of the permanently installed Building Maintenance Units that we supplied during the last 4 decades are maintained by our service department on behalf of the building owners.

Considering that the combined replacement value for these installations is estimated at well over one hundred million Rands, the responsibility for maintenance is not taken lightly. Our technicians receive ongoing training which includes technical product development visits to our principal suppliers in Europe as well as their experts visiting our facility in Gauteng to train and assess our staff.

Several members of staff have received formal Hazard Identification /Risk Assessment training as well as continued professional development training on the Laws and Regulations governing our industry. All maintenance work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SANS10295
