The company actively participates in the Skills Development Initiative of the Services SETA by serving on its Community for Expert Practitioners (CEP) body. Its in-house safety training standards for suspended access erectors are state-of-the-art. These standards form the basis of the new skills development programmes and training curricula for the entire industry.

A purpose built, self contained training centre with its own welfare facilities is in regular use by our staff and our client’s staff members where they receive classroom training as part of the training and assessment processes required by law. The company employs SAQA registered constituent assessors that ensure the quality standards of our skills development programmes.
